Independence Day Celebrations
Pakistan Day celebrations were held at the Consulate on 14th August 2009. A large number of Pakistani Community members, Pakistani students, and Pakistan Navy Mission Officers participated in the ceremony. The function started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. After recitation, the Flag hoisting ceremony was held.
The Acting Consul General read out the messages of the President and Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and while addressing Pakistani community, hoped that a bright future awaits us in future.
In end, the guests were served with light refreshments.
