- All documents issued from Pakistan should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.
- Documents issued from China should be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
- Original and copies of Power of Attorney and Original National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis/computerized National Identity Card of the applicant.
- Witness of two Pakistan nationals plus copies of their Original National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis or Computerized National Identity Card.
- Signature of the applicant and the witnesses.
- Certificate of not being married issued by Union Council/Municipal Ward from where the applicant hails in Pakistan or Affidavit from the parents/family of the applicant stating his/her marital status should be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan.
- The Consulate will not issue any such certificates on its own and will only counter-attest certificates/Affidavits already attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan.
